This was a perfect place to stay for our family with 3 children. The private (massive) garden was exactly what we needed to ensure our kids could still play without having to be too quiet, such as it is in most apartments. There were plenty of toys and a playground as a bonus. The host was wonderful and friendly, always checking on our needs and responding to our requests. One minor issue is that the kitchen doesn't have hot water so you need to get warm water from the bathroom for doing dishes. For staying in the summer, this place is ideal and we'd happily go back!

The apartment was perfect for us as a group of 7 friends for a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in great condition. It is wonderfully quiet and you are quickly on the canal for nice walks. Martina answered our questions quickly, we highly recommend the apartment!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment in a very quiet location of a residential area. The small forest nearby was very good to make rounds with the dog. Parking was right in front of the house. Communication with Florian worked out very well and all questions were answered quickly. What was partially missing in the apartment was made available to us immediately with explanation and apology. That was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the couch cozy. We slept excellently. The kitchen provided everything we needed. Shopping facilities were a 3-minute drive away. The small garden with terrace is perfect to step out the door in the morning. In summer, I imagine this very pleasant. We were very happy with the place.

We felt very comfortable at Patricia's and had a very relaxing time in Bochum. The house is as described, very spacious and cozy. The communication with the host was impeccable and very friendly. We were completely satisfied, especially the many bathrooms and toilets made the stay with 6 girls much easier!

A great clean place where we had enough space for a weekend with two families. We also particularly enjoyed the pool!

We were 6 girls and had a super great and relaxed weekend at Eeva! The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and left nothing to be desired. Communication with Eeva went smoothly and nicely. The old town is only about 18 minutes' walk from the property. It's definitely worth a visit! All in all, I'm just recommending it!

The cottage is surrounded by greenery and yet is very well connected to the city by bus. We felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Our daughter particularly liked the foosball in the living room. Jens greeted us right upon arrival and gave us valuable tips for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

Andrea is a wonderful hostess who knows how to make her guests feel at home from the start. The house is simply class!!! Leaves nothing to be desired - it is a real dream - absolutely recommended!!! We spent 2 weeks in Frank’s house. Every room is big as the photo.Shower room is big and very clean.Frank and Anja take care of the house and the garden very neatly. We left in a hurry and clean the house try our best.I’d like to live here again.

Good host and beautiful apartment

Angelika is an exceptional host. She took care of every single little detail, for example, we had chocolate, biscuits and drinks waiting for us. I'm happy to recommend Angelika and her place. You'll feel like at home from day one.

The Holzmichel vacation home is really worth a visit! A great vacation home with everything you need. The village is very quiet and you can switch off super. The nearby lake invites you to perfect walks :) And of course the absolute highlight - the swing in the living room.

A nice house with plenty of space, in a pleasant area. The kitchen is very well equipped and I loved the fact that all of the cupboards and drawers had little labels on to show what was inside - a handy little touch. The dining area is very comfortable with a large, sturdy table. We stayed for a couple of nights during a period of very warm weather and really appreciated the fact that it was easy to open the very large windows and get a nice breeze blowing through. The only slight drawbacks were a slow-draining shower, a lack of comfy living room furniture (one nice chair - the other two items are IKEA pull-out beds with hard backs), the very heavy door on the dishwasher (the door tension is broken, so it opened without any resistance and nearly flattened the dog!) and a missing garden gate so the dogs had to be kept on their leashes when in the garden, but these are very minor things when compared to the positive points about the accommodation. I would happily stay there again.

We had a great long weekend in the accommodation, which is particularly inviting for long evenings together on the terrace or at the large dining table. There is plenty of space, everything you need is available and it also corresponds to the description and the pictures. Bed linen, towels and bathrooms were particularly clean! We actually found the nearby street less disturbing than we had previously thought. Claudia was always easy to reach and is a very friendly contact!

This is Tim's apartment. It's very intimate because of that. Super clean. Nicely furnished with plenty of space. No free cabinets for your own clothes. We were only there because of the apartment with 2 toilets and three bedrooms in Bottrop. Industrial culture is great, but you have to drive a lot.

Because of a family celebration, we were looking for accommodation in Dorsten, which turned out to be difficult. Therefore, we were glad that we found the bungalow no. 9, which is quiet and surrounded by greenery. The apartment is very good and equipped with a lot of love for detail. Our Labrador dog also had plenty of space and room to run. Thank you for the good care.

The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area, is very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. A real feel-good place, where even a bouquet of flowers was on the breakfast table.
