We had a wonderful stay at the Photographer’s House! The home was well equipped, especially the kitchen, it had everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the lovely welcome basket, thank you. The view is stunning! We spent hours on the patio, soaking up the sunshine and taking it all in. The host, Ashley, was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d love to come back again!

Had a wonderful stay at David and Anne’s home. The house was very comfortable especially the beds. It was also very clean and beautifully furnished. They also provided very clear instructions and there was everything you need for a relaxing break. Also well situated for the town and to explore surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Great little place to stay. Comfy beds, peaceful surroundings, and David is a lovely host. The house is a really good example of a historic building which has been converted with imagination, style and class. It was really fun to learn about its previous uses from the books provided. Everything in the village is walkable, and they do good fish and chips at the Cod & Lobster.

Excellent place to stay, really lovely comfortable cottage and all the facilities you need. Close to local bus stops , Cleveland way coastal path and coast to coast path plus lots of walks inland and lovely food in the village pub 5mins walk . Highly recommend to anybody looking at this property.

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda’s cottage. We absolutely loved the setting with the wild flower garden and bench outside for a morning cuppa, it felt like a little oasis off of the busy main high street. We slept very well! All the neighbours were very friendly and welcoming too. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Sandsend is a better choice for us than Whitby as it’s quiet, has a lovely beach and has great variety for places to eat out. Accommodation is great and all restaurants are easily walkable. Great place for dogs as the back garden is fully enclosed. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Ellen was a fantastic host. Made me and my children feel really welcome. The house was large & very clean, ellen was on hand to help if needed. Would highly recommend & will be sure to stay again next time im up. Thank you very much Ellen. From jamie and the kids

Any less than 5* or a-maz-ing would be doing Jane and Crabapple Cottage a disservice. The neighbours were fabulous too. We had everything we could possibly want in the cottage and looong garden, and more, including the trampoline 😄 Jane was super responsive to questions I raised even when she was out with a friend and immediately set to finding a solution to our mini problem. Settees and bed were very comfortable and our dog was immediately relaxed in the property which was also really important to us. So many places to visit nearby and lots to do, we could have spent way more time there.

Recently stayed here and had such a lovely time. My mom flew over from Spain and myself, husband and toddler drove up to meet her (we live in the midlands) we were here visiting family. Lyns place was ideal. The location was fab, only 6 min drive to see my nanna. It’s a short walk to the beach (direct access) and the caravan itself was lovely. So clean and well looked after. Lyn had even put things in there for my toddler to play with - and a small chair for her to have her food. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place. Lyn was so responsive and easy to connect with. The caravan is located directly across from the entertainment hall which was brilliant for my toddler (she loved the slot machines) and there’s a restaurant too. It was very loud at night (Friday and Saturday until midnight) but we just used ear plugs and was fine!! Would deffo recommend this caravan and we will be staying here again I’m sure. Thank you xx

A lovely place to stay with owners that really care about what they do. The pool and hot tub is well kept and clean and although communal we still managed to get it to ourselves on one occasion which was nice. Lovely cottage - thanks to the owners as well for being around when needed.

We had a lovely stay in Whitby. The apartment was incredibly clean! A great location - close to town with a sea view too.

Looks just like the pictures, very large homely cabin, beautifully situated.

Fabulous old farm buildings set inBeautiful picturesque setting, looking out on the Moores and farmland. There were cows when we looked out of the window and chickens clucking around the yard. But really private as well. There are walks from the cottage across the farmland, when the weather is nice and the log burner stove making it really warm and cosy in the evening when it feels a bit chilly. The cottage had everything that you need for your stay, and was immaculate. The main bedroom has a traditional bed frame, which we thought may be a bit creaky, we needn’t have worried- the bed was very sturdy, comfortable and didn’t squeak at all. Really handy having a sink in the bedroom too. Loved all the farm implements that were around. Loved the oil lamps converted to electricity. Would love to know more about the farm’s history. Captains Deck is a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with lovely views. the location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. weanaged to park outside the apartment. Beds were comfortable, everything you needed in the kitchen. Beautiful place to stay. the only negative is that we couldn't open the windows in the main bedroom as was crewed shut so this lead to a very uncomfortable hot 2 nights with no air in the room. Peter is very good at communicating and replied to all my messages straight away. Myself and my family loved out weekend away there and would definitely recommend to others.

Such a peaceful area, with stunning views over the sea. The pod itself is so cute and cosy, perfect for a weekend getaway with your partner. Carole and Graham’s responsiveness as hosts was amazing, very helpful with things to do in the area - only a 4 minute drive from Saltburn pier! Hopefully we get to come back soon 🤩

Fantastic little cottage, very clean and well presented just as described. Very good location for other places to visit and explore, lots of food and mini supermarkets available. We would highly recommend this beautiful quirky cottage to others and will definitely use again if we're staying near there it was so relaxing and not too far from the wedding venue we were guests at. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming and relaxing you are truly an amazing host.

Caroline is a fantastic host. Her home was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Some lovely small details that make it extra special on arrival- welcome pack, well stocked (cleaning materials, dog throws and bowls etc). Fantastic location. We loved how peaceful it was at the cottage and the close proximity to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying at Paddy’s cottage and hope to be able to return there in the future.

Josh was extremely helpful and we enjoyed our stay at his spotless accommodation. Everything inside was of top quality, very comfortable furniture and bedding, easy to use showers etc. Easy free parking right outside and just around the corner were cafes and restaurants, shops. The doggies were catered for too with their own basket of blankets and treats. An enjoyable break in a beautiful town. We will be back.

We needed to have a few days away and last year we enjoyed visiting Whitby, Scarborough and other surroundings when travelling the east coast of Scotland and England. We decided to travel to The North York Moors and Laura's place was perfectly suited for us. The House was nice and cosy, well designed for a small family like ours and the location was the heavenly ideal countryside we wanted to stay for a few days. Laura's house is ideal for those who like the quiet life of the countryside and the surrounding sounds of all the animals that come with it. We commuted easily enough to the destinations we wanted to visit. Laura was a good host to us and gave us space, a very friendly host. We will Definitely try get to Urra again and see if the Maltkiln House Annex is available for a longer stay. Thanks for having us and all the best. The Scottish Family from Airth.

Beautiful cosy cottage in a lovely location. Felt like a home from home. Perfect for our stay and such good value. Joanne was a perfect house - making sure we knew exactly what to do to check in and told us to message if we needed anything at all.
