Our lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters, very comfortable for two, but two more people can be accommodated well. There is also a shared yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available, which invites you to do yoga, meditation, punching bag training, and dancing with a mirror and ballet bar. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

Your own parking place is available. On hot days, you can swim wonderfully in the Naab. From here you can go on beautiful hikes, bike/boat tours and excursions in the area. The center of Regensburg is easily accessible by bike on bike paths (6 km) and in 15 minutes by car.
