Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Reggio Calabria

J’ai passé un très bon séjour 😊 Le logement est spacieux, propre, et surtout avec une vue époustouflante !!! Maria est une hôte sympa et réactive. L’emplacement de la maison est accessible en marchant au bord de la route, il n’y a pas vraiment de chemin piéton, beaucoup de rues sont sans trottoirs dans le village. Il reste tout de même accessible en faisant attention, et en vaut la peine pour sa magnifique vue.

The check in process and location may seem daunting, but it was perfect for exploring Sicily right off easy to take car ferry ... the rooms and balcony were clean and spacious - the view and nearby pizza was excellent for our first night - would love to stay and visit my homeland again someday!

Un soggiorno perfetto! Questo appartamento nel cuore di Reggio Calabria è un autentico gioiello. La posizione è semplicemente imbattibile: centralissima, vicina a tutti i punti di interesse principali. L’appartamento è nuovissimo, moderno e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Ogni comfort è assicurato: condizionatori in tutte le stanze, una cucina attrezzata da sogno, due bagni impeccabili, lavatrice, asciugatrice e persino un incantevole giardino privato dove rilassarsi. Gli host, Diego e Antonella, sono straordinari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti a ogni esigenza. La loro ospitalità rende questo appartamento ancora più speciale. Non cercate altrove! Se state pianificando un soggiorno a Reggio Calabria, questo è il posto perfetto. Meriterebbe molto più delle 5 stelle! Non vedo l’ora di tornare

Maria’s home was beautiful it was very nicely decorated and we felt at home here! The location was also great and Maria gave us good recommendations for things to do in and around Messina. Maria was very accommodating as a host and was flexible with our check in / check out times which took a lot of stress out of our holiday and we would definitely stay here again ☺️

Big, big recommendation!! I absolutely loved my room and enjoyed my stay very much thanks to Federico's friendliness and his well thought-out concept of his apartment. I have never seen such a well thought out and modern Airbnb. The communication with Federico was great - he was even nice enough to let me check in a little earlier because I had such heavy luggage. I'm really sad that I only spent one night there - I would have loved to stay longer to savour the accommodation even more (how cool is it that you can watch something on Netflix on a huge screen? Unfortunately I didn't have time for that hehe). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and I immediately felt at home. Federico is a great and very attentive host! The location was great - there are bus connections nearby, sights in walking-distance and cute cafés and restaurants. I would definitely like to come back to Messina and can only recommend staying with Federico to anyone!

Posizione perfetta a 5 minuti dal mare e dalla stazione Reggio Lido, quindi ottimo anche per chi non è provvisto di automobile per gli spostamenti. Host super disponibile, venuto subito in soccorso quando avuto bisogno. Il posto giusto per visitare la città e pernottare qualche giorno.

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

idyllisches Bergdorf von freundlichen italienischen Menschen umgeben. im Winter kann es kalt werden im Haus, auch wenn am Morgen die Sonne umgeben von Zitronenbäumen lacht. Wir hatten immer mal Stromausfall. Es war eine Reise wert. 🍋🌞🍊

Questo appartamento era perfetto per la mia famiglia, e per la posizione..davvero vicino al Policlinico! Pulitissimo e in ordine.

Appartamento perfetto, ha tutto per passare una vacanza “come essere a casa”. Lavatrice/asciugatrice a chiudere il cerchio dei servizi dell’appartamento. Ma anche macchinetta caffè (o per i nostalgici c’è anche la caffettiera), lavastoviglie, forno, forno microonde, ma anche scrittoio, cabina armadio, stanza da letto separata da sala/cucina. Serramenti nuovi che tolgono i rumori dati dalla strada, bagno con doccia spaziosa. Comunicazione con l’host perfetta, sempre gentile e veloce nelle risposte. Check-in perfetto e flessibile negli orari. Check-out senza problemi di orario. Posizione superlativa: basta attraversare la strada e si è in spiaggia. Che altro dire… è stato un piacere passare le vacanze in questo appartamento. Grazie Pietro, per tutto. Se tornerò a Messina, saprò già dove prenotare.

A cheerful and charming holiday home, well stocked and in excellent condition. The balcony has a magical view of the sea and coastline. The kitchen, living space and balcony are at the top, the two floors below each have a bedroom and bathroom. It is just a few steps up from the wine bars and waterfront restaurants of Chinalea, and a few steps down from the coffee bars and supermarkets of the town centre- there is also a stairway to the beach. If you want culture the Riace bronzes are 20 minutes away by train and one of the best artworks in all of Italy. Don't panic if you can't find the house straightaway, the house numbers repeat themselves for the main street, vico primo, vico secondo and so on- the locals are super friendly and will help if they see you looking confused.

Highlights: - wunderschöne, sehr saubere, grosse Wohnung - 2 Zimmer mit 2 Badzimmer - toll ausgestattete Küche - grosser Balkon - schöne Dekoration, man fühlte sich direkt wie "zu Hause" - Klimaanlagen vorhanden - ca. 1.5 km zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt - einfaches, selbständiges Check-in / Check-out - rasche Rückmeldung durch Domenico, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir würden immer wieder die Wohnung von Domenico buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger negativer Punkt: - kein Privatparkplatz. Es gibt zwar viele Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch war es am Mittag und gegen 18.00 Uhr jeweils schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

l'alloggio ha due camere molto grandi, in centro città. le camere sono luminose belle e perfette. la casa ha tutto e di più, il necessario ed il superfluo che diventa perfetto! Super consigliato per chiunque debba lavorare al teatro vittorio Emanuele di Messina! super vicino all'appartamento, ampio e spazioso

Davide è un host disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Ideale per famiglie e/o gruppi di amici. Ho apprezzato il fatto che si trovasse al pian terreno, caratteristica importante per non arrecare disturbo ai vicini del condominio. Ho apprezzato meno la posizione in cui è ubicato lo stabile dell'appartamento. Per raggiungerlo è necessario percorrere una lunga salita. Un po' scomoda per un passeggino. Comodissimo il posto auto.
