A cozy accommodation and compliments for the impeccable cleanliness and order, which I care about a lot. I also thank Simona for the advice on where to go to eat, where we found friendly people and the pizza we ate was really delicious. Everything is highly recommended.

Really nice

Look, this home was absolutely amazing - but by far the location is not beatable. It sits on the hilltop above the old city - which is easy to access and very walkable. It’s so quiet that you forget you’re even in a city. Hosts were amazing! So many great recommendations - including a garden eatery that you can have drinks in adjacent to the larger garden. This home was absolutely amazing.

Spacious, well arranged and well-equipped apartment. Quiet environment and close to shops, Modena, Maranello etc .... very quickly accessible. Cristian is super responsive and very welcoming

This apartment was in a shared courtyard in a great area of downtown bologna. This meant that we had access to great restaurants and things to do but could also go home to a quiet outside area to sit and hang out.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean apartment in really incredibly beautiful surroundings. You need a car to get to the nearest town of Fivizzano, where there are restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Cotto is wonderfully quiet. Communication with Angelo went smoothly, although he speaks almost only Italian, thanks to the mobile phone translator. I hope we can come back.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stays go smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

We were two families with a total of 5 small children. The terrace, which can be locked, is great for the children to play alone for a moment. The accommodation is great for several parties, as the rooms are all distributed and all have their own bathroom. Tim and his mother were always very polite and helpful when we needed something.

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

I have a large dog and it is always difficult to find suitable situations or that they accept it, so for me it was a remarkable oneplus, the house has a large fenced and private garden with shaded areas and not, Vania is a very kind and handy person, present if necessary, the road to get there is simple and parking is very convenient. that said, it's fine. In my opinion, it's a sweet place. You can rest easy if that's what you're looking for.

Everything is perfect! I recommend!!

We stayed for 3 nights, my partner, my newborn daughter and I. The home is very quiet, clean and equipped with everything. Stefania is very friendly and very proactive in responding to our requests. Upon our arrival she made us find homemade sweets and jams and every possible delicacy for breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped like everything else in the house. A nice variety of books are available for guests. We also took advantage of the fireplace. Unfortunately, there is not much nearby, given the period, but we will definitely come back in the spring with the possibility of also taking some walks. It was really a relaxing vacation!

If you’re staying in Fivizzano and want a peaceful place to stay, this is it! The house was so beautiful and the scenery was to die for. Giovanna was very responsive and flexible with our schedule. This is worth very penny! Thank you Giovanna for a great stay!

I had an amazing experience staying here while attending Elrow Town Festival at Iren Green Park. The location was super convenient—just a 20-30 minute walk to the festival, which made getting around really easy. But what truly made this stay special was the incredible hospitality from our host. When our train was unexpectedly cancelled due to a strike, she went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation. Not only did she help us figure out alternative options, but her husband also kindly picked us up from the station and even gave us a little tour of the area. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made us feel at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—thank you again for such a welcoming and memorable stay!

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. Francesco’s place was just as the pictures represented. A great modern shower and bathroom , small efficient kitchen . Comfy bed , Gorgeous courtyard to enjoy coffee or a wine .. central to everything but in a quiet side street behind the towers … Filippo was so helpful and responded to text messages immediately .. we didn’t have a toaster in the apartment and Filippo was happy to buy one for us and deliver .. We would absolutely recommend Francesco’s place as a perfect stay in Bologna .

Riccardo's place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-organized. The location felt very safe and convenient, perfectly situated for exploring Milan, Venice, and Florence by car.
