Constantino is a great host, we had a great experience from the first contact. Also, in person it was even better: he welcomed us in the best possible way, detailed and careful with everything. We arrived tired of a long drive and it was a pleasant surprise. Close to the experience we had with him, the house ends up being the least important, but I can't help but talk: it's exactly like in the photos, the condominium is a delight, super quiet, safe and complete for those who want to rest with the family*, and super well located. I walked to Manguinhos beach, to supermarkets and restaurants. We will come back more often, and I also refer everyone on Airbnb, including the least friends and family. Thanks Tino!

The site certainly became our main lodging point in Macacu waterfalls. The chalet is wonderful, with everything we need and super quiet, with that waterfall noise in the background that makes us already enter the atmosphere of relaxation. There is a great waterfall on the property we use as well, the place is super calm, away from outside noises and really very comfortable. Host Gustavo is very attentive, always responding quickly and resolving everything very quickly. About the location, for me it is in a very strategic point and surrounded by natural beauties. Boca do mato is a very beautiful region and the property is before the toll, so it is in a great place. Near several points we arrive in 2-5 minutes by car, really close to everything. We already want to program around us and with other friends and family We love our days too much on site and in the city! Gustavo gave several tips in the guide and it was well worth it! Recommend with eyes closed

Perfect Estadia! The property is beautiful, large pool and well taken care of, the chalet has everything and a little more, very comfortable, everything very new, well equipped kitchen, the shower is great, air-conditioning a marvel, even though it is well ventilated. Pleasant gourmet area by the pool, still provided us with all the equipment to make barbecue, also provided a gallon of water with 25l. Sérgio guided us perfectly, Seu Zezinho (homemade) extremely requested, still harvested fresh coconut. The location is easily accessible, very close to the border of Cachoeira de Monaco with Itaboraí, close to the main road, even the day it rained I went to the market without any problems and my car is low. Region of very quiet sites. I will return as soon as possible, note 10 with praise!

Good location to rest peacefully

This house is absolutely amazing! We booked both houses, which are next to each other, for 6 people. Plenty of space for everyone. The houses are surrounded by dense trees (which is why it's called a tree house). The views from some of the bedrooms and the from the pool are breathtaking! Watching the sunrise at the pool while having breakfast was my favorite time of the day. My whole family loved the house and we did not want to leave. Also the house is walking distance to the beach (about 5-10 minutes), but it's a hilly walk so not for everyone. Some days we would drive to the beach which takes 2 minutes (finding parking can be difficult so leave the house early). The beach Joao Fernandes is one of the closest and one of my favorite (you can go scuba diving or snorkeling there). Only additional comment about the house is regarding the driveway which is very steep. If you have a small/heavy car it may not get up there. One of our cars didn't, so we parked down on the street, which is free and we had no issues. Anyway, a great experience and I would love to go back! Thanks Michele and Daniela for everything!

The place is beautiful, the local nature exceeded my expectations. A small river flows through the property, and there are three easily accessible waterfalls nearby. I found the explanations and signs for access to the place clear, and the road was ok, I went with a low car and everything went well. The reception with Sandro, the local caretaker, is an experience in itself. Extremely helpful, he welcomed us very well, always doing everything to please. Great space, close to beaches and quiet neighborhood. Inside the house has everything guests need to settle well. Guilherme was friendly from start to finish. It was a great experience on Airbnb!

The place is great and super quiet. Perfect to disconnect, relax and enjoy nature. We went on a rainy weekend, the road inside the property really leaves to be desired. But it's just a detail in comparison to the tranquility and infrastructure that the site offers. Mainly Sandro, always with a smile on his face and willing to help. I'll definitely come back more often.

For a moment we were afraid to book because of the comments about the road and access to the property, we found the road and access to be super good, very similar to the Sana road, even better in fact. We went with a low car and it was super quiet. Rodrigo and Sandro gave us total assistance, always proactive and willing. We will definitely return, it is super worth it.

Our stay at the chalet was great. We had everything we needed to spend a week. Myself and my family have enjoyed the peace of the place. Mr. Leandro is a caring and very responsive host. We felt at home and took good care of her. We hope to return soon.

It was all perfect, from the first contact with the Vinicios host who, by the way, is very polite and helpful, the way out was all perfect. The chalet is very close to the lighthouse and the black tip grotto that is perfect. The cottage is exactly as it is in the photo. Everything is very clean and with a breathtaking view!!! I definitely recommend the place.

The place is sensational for both adults and children. Peace, tranquility, quiet and close to both cable cold and bustling. By car, it's close to everything. I went during the carnival and it took us at max 25 min until the street of the stones (which is the farthest point inside the buzzes). For cold cable we take less than that to Roguete beach. Clarissa and Vinicius (a boy who takes care of her houses) are 10. We were very welcome and fulfilled in all our requests. I recommend it with 100 % certainty. I'm sure we'll be back soon!!!!

A cute place to stay.. has a great garden. Easy access to the local beach, and access by main road to the best beaches in the area. There is good parking on the property close to the kitchen door. Worth the stay.
