We loved the stay. The apartment was clean and smelling good. Very well equipped, airy and functional. We have given us several very useful tips. The only point of improvement is with respect to privacy because the curtains do not block the light or prying eyes. I recommend blackout installation in all 4 windows.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

Our stay in Murilo's apartment was very good. The place is beautiful, bright, comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped. It has everything you need to spend a very comfortable few days. The setting is beautiful, facing the sea. You can get there on foot by crossing a street. There are several shops nearby, of all kinds. From the place you can walk to all the beaches of Arraial. Our stay was great! The house was very clean, very comfortable environment for our group (16 people) Very attentive homemade. We received the nomination to hire Vitória for us to assist in the kitchen, and the food was excellent! The only point that might bother you a little bit is the smell, at times of the day that comes from the lagoon. We'll be back for sure!!!

Our stay was spectacular. We were 8 adults and the functionality of the house is as described in the listing. Undoubtedly the house of Maceis will be inside the options if we return to Búzios. Anderson the caretaker was very friendly and friendly and Dulcinea was too.

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

Beautiful house, exactly as in the pictures and even better! Delicious Condo, swimming pool just in front of the door of the house! Casa has all the necessary utensils and even more! Glória responds quickly whenever we need it and the homemade Luiz is a sweetheart! We felt at home! Close to the beach and the neighborhood we really like! We'll be back for sure ♥️

Simply impeccable! It was one of the best stays I've ever had on Airbnb. Since first contact, Juliano has been extremely helpful, offering clear instructions on the route and being fully flexible with our check-in. He had already alerted us about the road conditions, but we continued calmly and arrived calm — so, even with a lower car, it is totally possible. The chalet is just like the pictures (and best): extremely clean, smelly, well structured and comfortable. Every detail seems to have been thought out with great care. The view is breathtaking — perfect for those who want to disconnect. Another highlight of the experience was the company of Sofia, the hostess of four, who accompanied us with sweetness and affection. It was a gift apart! We managed to enjoy everything with great peace of mind. I went in for the purpose of resting and disconnecting — and I did it!💛

The stay in the house was great. The mto bom condominium, standing on the sand of Geriba beach. Large room with American kitchen. The rooms communicate with each other, but since we were in the family, we saw no problem at that point. Hosts responded to messages quickly.

We were in the house during the workday holiday and it was just amazing. New, modern house with automation (highlighting the 98” in and PS5 TV), heated pool and a sensational view. We were very welcome, and after a small setback, the hosts sent our son a beautiful treat — a gesture that showed care and attention with every detail. Highlight also for the chef's service, which made the experience even more special. Without a doubt, we will return and recommend too much!

I found the house very cozy, comfortable, nice, clean and functional. The complex is excellent, has everything and is very quiet, ideal for families with small boys. The attention and kindness of everyone in the complex, to stand out. Leticia was always attentive to what we need, she responded quickly and with a very good predisposition.
