The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Country house with a balcony, wood-burning stove, calm river, with a kayak. Full of beautiful landscapes, great for resting in the middle of the Atlantic forest in the Macaé de Cima APA. Quiet for hiking, biking or walking trails. It is important to note that the voltage in our region is 220v. As we are in the middle of the forest and because it is an isolated place, there is no signal from any mobile phone operator.
