Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

I 100% recommend the place, it's nicer than for photos, super tidy. The beach is in front and is very beautiful. We rent a car and we were in 5 min from all places. Great location, very quiet neighborhood.

Our stay was simply wonderful! Since the beginning of the reservation, we have been very well served by host Cláudia, always attentive, helpful and ready to answer all questions. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted with great affection and attention by Mr. Antônio and Dona Cira, who showed a genuine and welcoming hospitality. They made me and my family truly feel at home. The house is extremely functional and very well-equipped, which directly contributed to our comfort and practicality throughout the stay. The rooms are well distributed and spacious airy, ideal for welcoming the whole family with peace of mind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

Very good stay, the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. We asked Marilanda for a transformer to connect the hair dryer and we had it in time. Very beautiful view, excellent location near everything. The only thing is that there are many steps to climb. I counted 90 steps, so I do not recommend it if you have little mobility. Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
