Welcome to this idyllic log cabin, with stunning views. Inside, you can enjoy the warmth from the wood stove. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a large bathtub. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year. (=The original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i et af vores 2 hyggelige Tiny Houses. Kom ned i gear og hyg med vores dyr i den skønne natur, med marker så langt øjet rækker og måske en tur i kajakken eller spabadet. Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, kælegrise, masser af høns, kaniner og frække katte og fra april kommer der små lam ude på marken. FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

NOTE: you can jump right into the water directly from the boat!

The main attraction in the area is the natural beach with dunes, which is perfect for swimming, playing, exercising and fishing.
