New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Far out on Stevns, right down to the sea and in the middle of the 800 hectare Gjorslev Bøgeskov is the historic Bøgebjerghus and in the old beautiful apple orchard is one of Denmark's most unique glamping locations. It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170 years of history, with a new kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is separate from the rest of the property. There are 4 bicycles available.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. This charming bright 14 m2 shed is undisturbed in a corner of our garden, right next to our house. You have peace and quiet and have your own private entrance. Enjoy the sun or lunch in the garden furniture on the large wooden terrace in front of the trailer.
