The ground floor has a lovely living room and kitchen with a direct exit to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a swimming bridge. There are several lovely view terraces. There's a wood-burning stove in the living room, as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with great views. In the garden there are annexes with 2 sleeping places. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

The cottage is located secluded, with high hedge, raft fence and large garden. There is a huge trampoline, all kinds of outdoor games and summer sports for big and small. In the evening there is a covered berlin terrace with colored light chains and barbecue. There is also a paddleboard. Consumption, electricity, firewood come on top

The house is filled with charm, warmth and quirky details, and offers shelter, fireplace, large terrace, barbecue and wood stove.

Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.
