Luxury cottage with ocean view, beach and annex

Cottage with sea view for 1 or 2 families, as the house has a large separate annex with its own bathroom and toilet. Just a stone's throw from the lovely beach, you will find our newly built cottage, where you can enjoy the sea view while having your morning coffee on the terrace after a dip in the sea. The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Cozy one bedroom studio apartment with private entrance. Bright, airy room of 30 m2 up in tile with exposed beams as well as spacious entrance hall with wardrobe. Private toilet and bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with service, refrigerator (not freezer), microwave, air fryer and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Small garden table with two chairs between planters and afternoon and evening sun. The house is located on the main street of Sorø in a 40 km/h zone

Tree house 6 meters up - fully heated

Welcome to our cozy tree house, built of recycled materials - 6.2 m above the ground. The cottage overlooks the fields, is isolated, has electricity, heating, a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that turns into a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. Optional extras: Breakfast (175 kr/2 pers.) - wilderness bath (350 kr) or one of our 2 outdoor 'escape rooms' (150 kr/ children, 200 kr/ adults). Calendar is opened continuously!

Basement Bedsitter w/bath/kitchen - no smokers

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild game and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly bathing area with shade and a bathing bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

House 12 km to Copenhagen and 600 m to the beach

120 kvm stort hus med 3 soveværelser, med senge til 8 voksne. Der er endnu en ekstra soveplads (sovesofa) inde i stuen. Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
