Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Unsere gemütliche, grosse, helle Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit wünschen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Rad-Ausflüge nach Konstanz oder in die wunderschöne Umgebung . Zum See und sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr schwimmen gehen oder mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen; und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
