In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Relax in the soft steam of the SAUNA in a terraced house in a very peaceful location, renovated in 2022. In the bedrooms, you'll find ready-pedated beds for a towel. One bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and the other has 2 beds 90cm wide. 2 extra beds can be placed in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked. In the living room, you'll find a smart TV. The sauna has just been replaced by the stones of the stove. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning are included!

The accommodation was functional and corresponded to its description. There is a supermarket, the Riveria school and great landscapes and hikes less than 15 minutes' walk away. Access is facilitated by bike paths and public transport nearby. a great experience in Joensuu, I recommend it!

Nice hosts and initial introduction. It was nice to swim in the lake and sauna in the lakeside sauna. Matched the description well. Peaceful surroundings. The girlfriend loved to pet the farm cat in the yard.

Arja was already waiting for me in the yard when I arrived. Very friendly. The apartment was easy to get into. The apartment was spacious for a two-room apartment and very clean and well-maintained. The store was across the street (open 24h). It was easy to find from the train station and was not too far from there or from the city center.
