Our house is located in the countryside, quiet, near Nocé and 1h45 from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1h45 from the Normandy beaches and 1h30 from the Loire Castles. This is our second home (not a year-round house). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will come across two little cats that were adopted in August 2021. Very sweet with the children, autonomous thanks to the flap. Allergic to cats, abstain 😉

This peaceful and Champetre accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of the perch. It is perfect for 1 to 2 couples with children. Dogs are welcome, the garden is enclosed. 2.5 hours from the center of Paris via the N12 (no toll) it is perfect for a country weekend to enjoy everything the perch has to offer. In the heart of the village, this charming apartment located on the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, toiletries, linens and a sofa bed. In a Percheron building, in the center of Rémalard with shops nearby (bakery, delicatessen, bars, restaurants, tea room...), but also the greenways that will allow you to discover the beauty of Perche. To visit : Bellême, La Perrière...

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

Gîte in the heart of the Perche

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this all-inclusive cottage is ideal for getting green! Single-story Percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, lounge (wood-burning stove, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (double bed 160 × 200 cm – sheets provided) on the garden level with access to the wooden terrace, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. Live the experience of a country house without its constraints! I will be sure to share my best food spots and my favorite secondhand shops!
