Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* listed cottage. The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property with 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Apartment for 4 people, quiet and not far from the center of Nemours and its amenities (supermarket, bakeries, restaurants...), located 5 minutes from the A6 highway exit, close to the train station (10 minutes walk) which connects Paris-Gare de Lyon in one hour, 15 minutes from Fontainebleau (bus stop less than 5 minutes) and 10 minutes from Larchant and its famous rocks in the forest. A stone's throw from here, you can take a stroll along the Loing and its canal.

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days. The village also offers activities all summer around the communal pond (1.5 km away), with the possibility of picnicking and swimming.

A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

The listing is located in a farmhouse divided into two independent homes. No access to the outside. SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Visitors not accepted. Listing not suitable for children under 17 years old. Not accessible PRM. The cottage is in a hamlet very close to a village with all shops.
