With the attached house, we are happy to help and guide you as your host. In addition, the direct connection to the A1 highway opens up fast routes to the surrounding cities such as Cologne, Wuppertal and Düsseldorf.

This pretty apartment is located in the popular district of Remscheid-Reinshagen, right on the edge of the forest. From here you have access to countless hiking and biking trails in the beautiful Bergisches Land. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Remscheid city center by car in 10 minutes. Located between the cities of Cologne (45 km) and Düsseldorf (40 km), near Solingen and Wuppertal, the apartment is perfect if you are traveling professionally and prefer to live a little quieter.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

Our cozy apartment has a kitchen-living room with a modern sofa bed (1.40 x 2 m) incl. slatted frame for up to two people. In the new kitchenette you will find a counter, a coffee machine with coffee pads and an oven with a ceramic hob. Furthermore, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a daylight bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A cozy retreat on 42 square meters, designed for two people. Welcome to our small nature and animal paradise in the picturesque Bergisches Land. Nestled in beautiful nature characterized by meadows, forests, rivers and streams is our vacation home. Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. The house is connected to 2 terraces and a large garden. Here you can relax...

We like to invite you to our freshly renovated studio appartment in the basement of our house. The full furnished appartment is perfect for your stay in the heart of Bergisch Land. In the living room you can find a kitchen, a working space, a couch for relaxing and a bed size 140 x 200 cm. The accessible bathroom with day light has got a shower, WC, basin and washing machine.

Landhaus Purd

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.
