Very bright duplex apartment in the city center

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a townhouse, it is a refurbished duplex. It is located on the market square with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy...) The main entrance to the house is shared with an office (health professional). The 1st level of the apartment is furnished with a living room, an equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an entrance area. The bedroom is on the 2nd level. The apartment is very quiet, very bright.

This Country Bibou awaits you:) The entrance is in Autonomy.. Slow charging for electric vehicle extra charge of 10€ on site.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price shown for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, an additional charge will be charged). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

The Park Pavilion

This house brings together the different indoor and outdoor spaces to have a very nice stay and is located in front of a wooded park, equipped with a petanque court, table tennis and a playground. It is located in the city center and offers all amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, train station... Parking is available in the inner courtyard, in the garage (2 cars) or in the parking lot across from the house (35 spaces).
