House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

About the clouds

The property is located about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. It is only about 5 minutes by car to the lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer). The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, there is a bakery near the lifts. Trahütti Premium Lodges - House 1

Optimally enjoy and relax in the ski and hiking area Weinebene in the mountain village of Trahütten at an altitude of 1000 meters. The accommodations are located in a beautiful area and just a 10-minute drive from the ski slopes (with ski school + rental) and various mountain huts. Towels/bed linen/coffee capsules are included in the price! An ideal accommodation for families, friends and families traveling together or for a relaxing stay for 2 people.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

Apartment with a dream view

This charming apartment near Deutschlandsberg has a cozy room with bed, dining area and couch. A small kitchenette offers everything necessary, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower. The balcony impresses with breathtaking views of the city and the surrounding hilly landscape. Access to the sauna and fitness area is associated with additional costs. Upon arrival, the room is cleaned, the bed is made and 2x towels prepared per person.

Vacation home in the countryside at 1100 m above sea level

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in Edelschrott, 15 km away.

Oasis with Sauna at 1000m above Sea Level

Guest apartment has living /bedroom, small Kitchen, bathroom/Toilet. We are located at 1000m above sea level and have a wonderful view. Sauna can be used for an extra fee. Fireplace and public pool are always available. Wonderful hiking trails, a small ski area, a cross-country trail,riding stables,as well as a nearby 18-hole golf course complete the offer. Beautiful city of Graz can be reached in 35 mins.

Idyllic chalet in the mountains with a natural roof

At 1000 meters above sea level, a unique atmosphere awaits you surrounded by forests and Lake Hebalm. In the morning, you will be awakened by the sunrise and bid farewell by the evening sun. A large freely accessible pool - only a 3-minute walk away - invites you to swim and Lake Hebalm is 10 minutes away by car. Whether cycling or mountain hiking, this chalet is a great place to start.

Great hiking opportunities, dogs welcome

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
