The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Cozy studio in a central location (20 m²) with ideal connections to the ski resorts: 10 minutes by bus to Sölden, 15 minutes to Ötz and 25 minutes to Gurgl. Access to the cross-country ski trail is possible directly from the house. In summer, you can cycle, bike and climb. Grocery store, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away. Pets are ONLY PERMITTED BY REQUEST and are welcome!

Studio for 1-2 guests - approx. 21 m² - with balcony and garage space in the centre of Sölden. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, hob and microwave with oven function. From January to February, our apartments are only rented from Saturday to Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
