Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses welches wir als Familie bewohnen, ist jedoch vollständig abgetrennt mit eigenem Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, Bad mit WC/ Badewanne/Waschmaschine/Trockner, sowie der Wohnküche mit TV und Bettsofa für weitere 2 Pers. Eigene kostenfreie PP direkt am Haus + Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos.

The historic old town of Füssen with many restaurants, shops, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, keep following the signs "Königschlösser"

Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Garagenstellplatz steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, living and sleeping areas are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator and sink.

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
