Very new and modern apartment. Quiet and secluded, perfect for relaxing, good starting point for cycling tours. Communication with landlords is smooth and quick. Very courteous and fair regarding arrival and departure times. I highly recommend it, it's a real insider tip. We felt very comfortable!

Fantastic, warm and perfectly furnished apartment. Everything has been thought of. Everything you need is available and more. The balcony and the view are breathtakingly beautiful and large! The parking space in the underground car park is extremely convenient. Silence that is "disturbed" by cowbells and birdsong. An ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. Very nice place! Claudia welcomed us warmly and the apartment was clean and cozy. The views are the window are wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, with wonderful views outside the window. We hope to have the opportunity to come back this summer :) we recommend!

A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

The two of us arrived in Jenbach with a dog for a week. Despite a three-hour late arrival at the property, we were very kindly received by Günther and Katja. When we left, the driveway was snowed, whereupon Günther quickly came to our help and freed the driveway from snow and ice for us. Communication was great and the place was really very clean. Our expectations were significantly exceeded as the apartment is very very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, board games). A small "starter package" (water, juice, fruit, etc.) was also available to us on arrival. We got lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. Katja also sent us nice routes for walking the dog. We had a very nice week and would highly recommend the place to anyone. We will be happy to come back!

Great holiday home with several apartments. Breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. For children, there are numerous toys and sports equipment available. Table tennis, basketball hoop, trampoline, kicker, go-karts and much more. Great little spot on the river for splashing.

Lovely apartment only 20 minutes drive from Krimml waterfalls. Peaceful despite the position by the road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hoping to stay again!

We had the most amazing stay at the house. From the house itself, its high-quality furnishings, a delivery service from the local Bakery to the super clean rooms - it was Perfect.Froukje is an outstanding host, very responsive and we got a warm welcome.

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

We had an extended stay with the family (4adults). The place which is the entire second floor of a very large chalet is furnished and tastefully equipped, nothing is missing, even the welcome bottle! We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. We recommend and will be happy to come back if we can. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

We (married couple, 61 years + 59 years with dog) spent wonderful 12 days in the almost brand new accommodation of Jade and Ingo - photos and reality match 100%. The garden is completely "escape-proof", so our dog has spent hours there unattended (there is still a wire fence behind the Thuja hedge). In any case, the location away from the busy Ötztalstraße (from which you hear nothing at all) on the upper outskirts directly on the forest is fantastic - especially for us dog owners for the quick morning/evening walk. A variety of restaurants can be found in the nearby Ötz (5 minutes' drive). In summer temperatures, the outdoor swimming pool in Sautens is highly recommended. In addition, we really liked the variety of different tour options (it doesn't always have to be 800-1,000 meters in altitude😉). Conclusion: An all-round successful stay in a beautiful area in a great accommodation with very warm hosts🫶!

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The surroundings view from the house was fantastic. The amenities also were great and Marlies was responsive and friendly (we met her while walking around the neighbourhood).

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was beautiful and really clean. We all felt right at home. The furnishings of the apartment are also remarkable, from games, shower gel to separate blankets, everything was there.

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.
