Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Ancienne grange entièrement rénovée, au cœur du village de Reynes, vous trouverez calme et sérénité, profiterez de la nature environnante ! Perchée en haut du village, vous emprunterez une route assez étroite après la mairie et le cimetière pour arriver sur la place de parking juste devant le gîte. A 10/15 min. seulement en voiture de Céret, d'Amélie Les Bains. 40 min. de la côte. Le logement n'est pas équipé pour l'instant du Wifi ( à venir) mais le réseau téléphonique est de bonne qualité.

House on 3 sides, including fully equipped American kitchen (oven, multi-function microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee, etc.) living room/living room (60 m2), 2 bedrooms (1x 1.60 cm on the ground floor + 1x 1.40 cm upstairs under slope). 2 terraces (West and East). Bathroom and separate toilet. Aldi and LIDL 5 minutes away. Argelès-sur-Mer, Collioure, Canet... Ca la Conxita és una fantàstica casa de poble a Les Escaules, un poblet d'uns 100 habitants, a pocs kilòmetres de Figueres. La casa disposa de 3 habitacions: dues dobles i 1 individual. Una cuina completa amb sortida a terrassa amb barbacoa. Una gran sala d'estar (amb llar de foc) i menjador amb vistes al Castell. A la planta baixa: la mini piscina privada per a refrescar-vos. La tranquil·litat i el silenci del poble us permetran gaudir al màxim de la natura a l'entorn del riu La Muga.
