The floor plan has 2 levels and a loft with 4 twin beds plus a trundle. There is a bedroom with a bath, a living area, and kitchen that opens up to the covered deck. The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.

The Restful Retreat

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. There is an additional outdoor space converted from an old barn into a hangout space with a porch swing, dining table, string lights, grill, and extra seating. A fantastic place to relax!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Basement space with separate entrance, we still live on the main floor but there is no interaction. Beautiful property surrounded by large trees, and beautiful deer roaming around. Located less than seven minutes from I-60, I-27, downtown, lake access, groceries, shopping and dining. Less than 10 minutes from Bryan College. Level 2 EV charging available on property, and fast charger located at the Welcome Center near downtown.

Morgan Springs (Country, Mountain) Retreat

Our quiet mountain setting is just off State Highway 30 and only 15 minutes from either downtown Dayton and Chickamauga Lake or Pikeville--gateway to Highway 127 and Fall Creek Falls State Park. Our MOUNTAIN accommodation in the heart of historic Morgan Springs and along the Trail of Tears. This guesthouse is completely furnished and is completely private. There are outdoor outlets. Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.
