Great lake getaway! Very relaxing and quiet property at the end of a cul de sac. Mitch was very responsive to any questions I had. The family loved kayaking, fishing, and playing on the property. If you enjoy hiking, there are some great trails nearby as well.

Had a great time staying in Dayton. The goats were a highlight! Adorable and friendly! Lots of room with a great basement

Lauri’s place was peaceful and relaxing! We had to best time being right on the water. This was the perfect summer stay and the hangout pod on the water really made the trip.

The house was just lovely. It was very neat & clean. It’s in a peaceful location but close enough to several things to do. Chasity was very responsive when we had questions. She had everything we needed & more! I definitely plan to come back.

This place is just like heaven. The view was truly breathtaking. The water was gorgeous. The deck was so inviting and the covered dock and swimming access was just perfect! There were kayaks and life vests at our disposal. We did NOT want to leave and we will be back as soon as possible!

The location and stay were perfect for the area to visit family while also have a genuine getaway to decompress and enjoy the insurmountable hiking trails and scenery. The peacefulness of the space was amazing and created a wonderful opportunity to rest.

We enjoyed ourselves so much. We were warmly greeted, and given a tour. We opted for the morning farm chores, and they were fun and educational. It was my husbands 60th birthday, and he milked a cow for the first time!! We were offered Bible study after the chores, and Brynne did a great job. Brynne was our farm chore guide too. She was excellent at both. At night, I opened our window, and the ladybugs greeted me, and I could see the stars from my pillow. The weather was perfect. I’m very happy with my stay, and would recommend it. We were about 45-60 minutes from Chattanooga, where our activities were for the weekend, but it’s an easy drive. It was so quiet and peaceful, that you forget there are animals right near you. My husband had a great birthday weekend!!’

Heaven’s View Lodge is a beautiful cabin. The views are absolutely stunning. The cabin is well stocked, clean, modern and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition, as was the fire pit. Nicely accommodates multi families traveling together. It was conveniently close to town but felt remote and private which was great. The hosts were wonderful. Definitely would recommend a stay at Heaven’s View!

Nathaniel's place was absolutely amazing. Me and my crew were very pleased with the space and amenities. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. If the opportunity ever presents itself again, we'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Renee's place. The place was very nice, large enough for 5 people and 2 dogs, plus some. It was located in a very nice neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet.

Great place! It’s in a wonderful campground. I’ve been to many over the years and the staff here is above and beyond wonderful! Place was nice & clean. Perfect for a little getaway. The sites and views of the lake are beautiful! While here, make sure you hit the cantina!

What a wonderful home ! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Our whole family swam multiple times a day. We really appreciated all the extra amenities including extra towels , pool toys , & pack & play for the baby . The boys really loved kayaking & fishing. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare our meals. It was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Elizabeth was very responsive when we contacted her a couple of times. We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly cozy, spotless, and so thoughtfully put together—it truly exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made everything even more seamless. The surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous in April, with everything in bloom and the weather just perfect. We’d love to come back again!

This is a fabulous place to stay on Watts Bar Lake! We fell in love as soon as we arrived. The location was peaceful and quiet yet close to the marina and getting around to other areas on the lake. The home was perfect for us and our friends and their daughter. We were so happy that our dogs got to come with us too. The outside deck and enclosed sunroom were both great places for us to enjoy a meal with gorgeous views. All the amenities in the house were wonderful too. I can’t recommend this place enough. When we come back to the lake, this is where we all want to stay again. On top of all of that, Christin was a perfect host! She was very responsive and provided great advice as well. Highly recommended!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Adam’s place! There was plenty of room for all of us. Adam’s place had plenty of games, ping pong, fishing equipment, and even inflatable kayaks to take to the nearby lake. Our only complaint was a small ant/bug problem, but spray was provided and these are hard to avoid living so close to the lake. Thanks for the great stay Adam!

We absolutely loved this place and would have stayed longer if we didn’t already have plans to backpack the following days. What an amazing spot if you love to camp but need a little “ extra” because you are tired . I felt like it was a bargain with how comfortable it was, the amenities, and the proximity to hiking. My daughter enjoyed all the games that were there and we played, and she was excited about having a coffee maker while camping. Awesome stay ! Definitely love to go back and would recommend!!!!

From the moment I arrived, the beauty of the woods and the peacefulness of nature wrapped around me like a warm embrace. Everywhere I turned, there was something magical, the stunning tents, the enchanting treehouse, the refreshing outdoor shower, the prayer tent, and yoga on the platform under the open sky. The nights were breathtaking, with stars scattered across the sky and shooting stars painting wishes across the darkness. Mrs. Barb has left an imprint on my heart that words can hardly capture. Her knowledge, kindness, and quiet wisdom opened doors within me I didn’t even realize were closed. She showed me more than she will probably ever know, about myself, about the world, and about the beauty of simply being. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an inspiration, an awakening, and a healing journey. A piece of Awakening Adventures will stay with me always. We got married in Spring City and needed a space that accommodated a large group so I booked this property back in July 2024 for this year. Ivey was amazing to work with and even helped me find another place close to hers for additional family members. We travel a lot and I personally think this was the best AirBnB we have stayed at! They thought of everything including baby needs and pets, we didn't have either but it was great to see. Our family loved relaxing in the lake right out back, used the kayaks and paddle boards. We rented pontoons from the Terrace View Marina which is right across the lake so it was easy to load everything up right from the dock. We donated a few outdoor games to the property for another family to enjoy. You will not be disappointed by this property. A strong recommendation for food is the Smokin' F BBQ & Feedlot, be there by 4pm the line gets long but the food is worth it. They are only open Friday and Saturday though. Thank you, Ivey

Some friends and I chose this house for a long weekend softball tournament in the area. It was a beautiful house and the hosts were fantastic. They have put a lot of work into their place and we certainly enjoyed it and could have easily stayed longer! The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate! The kitchen was completely spotless with new appliances! Super clean and comfortable! Kristi was very responsive to every message and request, including an unexpected power outage in the area. Completely out of her control but she reported it to the power company right away and did all she could to help us. The entire property was perfect for us with plenty of room, toys and amenities! We really enjoyed staying here and we think you will too! If we're ever back in this area, we're coming straight HERE! Thank you for a fantastic weekend! 5+ stars all the way around!

We had an incredible stay this past weekend! We came with a few softball families and were absolutely blown away by how perfect this home was for our group. The entire downstairs basement setup—complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and game table—was a total bonus and gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax. The hot tub was spotless and so relaxing, and the view… truly to die for! You can tell how much care goes into maintaining this home—it was clean, beautifully decorated, and so well organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and will definitely be back!
