The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Freuen Sie sich auf ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Babybett verfügbar. Das moderne, helle Bad hat eine Regendusche und Badewanne. Zum Relaxen gibt es ein separates Wohnzimmer. Die Küche mit Balkon, ist voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spül- und Kaffeemaschine uvm. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Bahnhof, Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.
