Situated in the quiet outskirts of town it offers very good transport connections (Autobahn A57 in 5 min. Airport Düsseldorf in 25 min., public bus transport in 5 min., main station and city centre within walking distance). Well-connected home

Freshly renovated 50 sqm attic apartment in well connected Neusser suburb. Highway A57 and A46 are minutes away. S-Bahn direction Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 min) & Airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom. A fully automatic coffee machine incl. coffee is at your disposal.

Nichtraucherwohnung An der Straße kann man kostenlos parken, wenn es voll ist, max. 5 Minuten Laufweg vom Parkplatz zum Haus. VOR DER BUCHUNG HAUSREGELN LESEN. Smartes Heizsystem, max. Raumtemperatur im Winter 20 Grad. Die Heizung schaltet sich bei geöffnetem Fenster automatisch ab.Zwischen 23-6 Uhr Nachtabsenkung. Alle Gäste sind anzumelden. Wir wohnen nebenan.Check in 16-21 Uhr.

The apartment is about 30 sqm, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and closet , the windows are to be darkened by blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2 burner stove, sink and microwave combination; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room . The final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bettinlett is laundered at the change of guests.

Nice 1-room apartment (ground floor) in the old building with separate kitchen and bright modern shower room with window. The room has a double bed (1.80m), TV and free Wi-Fi. Towels are changed weekly, bed linen 14 days. In the yard there is a sitting area (for smokers). Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets. Good public transport links (buses, 2.5 km to Neusser Bahnhof), shopping and laundromat nearby.

Comfortable Apartment Old Town

Cozy, modern furnished apartment with private bathroom, kitchen (no oven available!!!) and conservatory. Coffee maker and all household appliances are provided. Washer and dryer for shared use. The apartment is on the second floor of a renovated and listed old building. The house has a total of three floors, the upper two floors are used privately. Washing machine and dryer are located on the first floor of the staircase.
