Zum Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden! ALLE, DIE MEHR KOMFORT SUCHEN, SCHAUT EUCH MEIN ANDERES INSERAT AN!

Die ca. 21 m² Ferienwohnung "Remise", ruhig gelegen, zwischen Moderne und Romantik bietet vollausgestattet alle Möglichkeiten zur Eigenversorgung. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und verfügt über einen privaten Zugang, die "Scheunentür" mit Aufstieg zur eigenen Terasse und Wohnung. Von hier aus genießen Sie den freien Blick auf den Schlosspark und das wunderschöne Saffig, auch beim privaten sun-downer. Ein öffentlicher PKW-Platz steht Ihnen kostenlos ca. 20 m entfernt zur Verfügung. Kein WLAN!

The Coachman's House - Tradition meets modernity

Tradition meets modernity The Kutscherhaus, part of a historic farmstead, located in the charming wine village of Hattenheim am Rhein. The modern wooden house, clad with natural slate, stands on a historic vaulted cellar. The open living-dining area is equipped with a "kitchen workbench," dining table and 2-seater sofa. Bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower in the romantic courtyard. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase (see picture).

Enjoy the perfect combination of nature and city life in our stylish duplex. Located directly on the edge of the forest, ideal for walks or jogging, and just a few minutes' walk to the city center (15 min). The modern guest house offers an open living area with a small kitchenette and a cozy lounge corner. The sleeping area on the gallery creates a spacious feeling of space. Fitness facilities such as yoga or a treadmill as well as a private parking space are provided.

Loft in a converted barn

We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

Diese großzügige Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz und Komfort. Sie verfügt über ein Doppelzimmer mit Kleiderschrank und ein Einzelzimmer – ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien. Das Badezimmer bietet Dusche, WC, Föhn und Badewanne. Die Wohnküche ist mit Einbauküche, Essecke, TV und Stereoanlage ausgestattet. Gemeinschaftsbalkon und kostenfreies WLAN inklusive. Die Klassik-Ausstattung verbindet Funktionalität mit Wohnkomfort.

Gardenview

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

Studio for a romantic weekend for two

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

Charming, small guest house with terrace.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Vacation on the Rhine, apartment with garden

My grandmother and mother ran a boarding house for a long time, so I grew up with guests. I took over my parents' house with my partner in 2012 and have now furnished a new apartment that is accessible from the courtyard, shielded from the noise of the trains, and is therefore also well suited for people with disabilities.
