Unser "Häuschen" liegt direkt am Waldrand hinter unserem Wohnhaus, als Teil eines alten Mühlhofes! Zum Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden! ALLE, DIE MEHR KOMFORT SUCHEN, SCHAUT EUCH MEIN ANDERES INSERAT AN!

Die ca. 21 m² Ferienwohnung "Remise", ruhig gelegen, zwischen Moderne und Romantik bietet vollausgestattet alle Möglichkeiten zur Eigenversorgung. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und verfügt über einen privaten Zugang, die "Scheunentür" mit Aufstieg zur eigenen Terasse und Wohnung. Von hier aus genießen Sie den freien Blick auf den Schlosspark und das wunderschöne Saffig, auch beim privaten sun-downer. Ein öffentlicher PKW-Platz steht Ihnen kostenlos ca. 20 m entfernt zur Verfügung. Kein WLAN!

The Coachman's House - Tradition meets modernity

Tradition meets modernity The Kutscherhaus, part of a historic farmstead, located in the charming wine village of Hattenheim am Rhein. The modern wooden house, clad with natural slate, stands on a historic vaulted cellar. The open living-dining area is equipped with a "kitchen workbench," dining table and 2-seater sofa. Bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower in the romantic courtyard. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase (see picture).

Enjoy the perfect combination of nature and city life in our stylish duplex. Located directly on the edge of the forest, ideal for walks or jogging, and just a few minutes' walk to the city center (15 min). The modern guest house offers an open living area with a small kitchenette and a cozy lounge corner. The sleeping area on the gallery creates a spacious feeling of space. Fitness facilities such as yoga or a treadmill as well as a private parking space are provided.

We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

In our vacation home you will find everything you need for a wellness vacation or a short stay with a relaxing character. It has a "little kitchen" with dining table, ceramic stovetop, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. In its oriental cuddly corner in the living room, you will find a cozy sofa, as well as a flat screen. There is also a corner bathtub in the bathroom. To linger outdoors, our seating invites you right outside the door, or in the house's garden.

Nagelneue, moderne und behaglich ausgestattete 65 qm große Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen mitten im wunderschönen Hunsrück. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben unserem Wohnhaus in einem Nebengebäude (mit separatem Eingang und Parkplatz direkt davor) und wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir bitten zu beachten, dass wir ausschließlich an Nichtraucher sowie tierfrei vermieten. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei!

Studio for a romantic weekend for two

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. In a former horse stable, we have expanded this apartment on two floors with a lot of love. It has a shower room and a full kitchen with dining area on the ground floor and a large room on the upper floor. This is divided into a living and a sleeping area. A free parking space is available on the property.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
