*PURE NATURE* Forest cottage at the farmhouse in the countryside

We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Tiny House im Garten

Wir bieten ein 36 qm großes separates Ferienhäuschen im Garten unseres Grundstückes an. Es besteht aus Schlafzimmer (180cm breites Bett), Wohnzimmer, Küche, Flur und Tageslicht-Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher), allerdings ohne Waschmaschine. Zur Straßenbahn und Bus sind es 3 Minuten. Von dort sind es 10 Minuten zum ZDF oder Universität. Zum Zentrum sind es 14 Minuten. Fahrräder kann man mieten.

Our air-conditioned apartment in a former farm building of our farmstead offers a quiet bedroom on the first floor with direct access to the bathroom with a comfortable shower. On the upper floor there is a well equipped kitchen and a dining and living area with Smart TV. From there there is direct access to the sun deck. The historic imperial palace is just a stone's throw away. A bakery and supermarket (REWE) are just a few minutes' walk away.

Studio for a romantic weekend for two

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. Forget your worries – for this spacious and quiet place to stay. In a former horse stable, we expanded this apartment on two floors with a lot of love. It features a shower room and a full kitchen with ground floor dining area and a big upstairs room. This is divided into a living and sleeping area. A free parking on the property.
