Vacation room "Bat Cave" in the beautiful Gelbachtal

Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In the middle of the beautiful city of Boppard, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city before exploring one of the numerous hiking and cycling tours. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly furnished. A sofa bed offers additional sleeping options. Day ticket parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: 6 euros

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

A place to stay for yourself. There are many destinations, here in the village there are 2 bakeries and restaurants/snack bar. Supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car and on foot. Arrival by bus and train is possible. The price of the apartment is based on occupancy by 1 person. Each additional person pays an additional €15. Parking is available. The bikes can be stored in a garage.
