Welcome to the lovingly renovated apartment of our 250-year-old half-timbered house. It offers cozy half-timbered charm + modern amenities. If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In this modern apartment I offer space for 2 people. A nice bedroom with a queen-size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and feel-good bathtub, as well as a large kitchen with full equipment await you. You can relax in the living room in front of the TV and on the large balcony in good weather. The nearest bus line is just 5 minutes away, as well as parking directly at the apartment. The A3 highway is also just minutes away.
