Die Unterkunft liegt in der schönen Voreifelstadt Rheinbach und befindet sich nur 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt von den Weinbergen im Ahrtal, im Dreieck des Freizeitparks "Phantasialand" und der Therme Euskirchen (Fahrtzeit ca. 15 min). Den Bahnhof mit Verbindungen nach Köln und Bonn erreichst Du zu Fuß in ca. 5 min.

Vacation rental by the forest - relax in the moment!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The outdoor area and sauna (for a fee) are available for use. The apartment is only 4 km from the historic city center of Bad Münstereifel. Relaxation - Sports - Nature - Shopping

Cozy 2-room apartment - 60 m² - with south-facing terrace

In the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, the accommodation is about 60 m², has its own entrance, plus about 15 m² south terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can sometimes get into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Regional- Bahnhof Mehlem -Lannesdorf ca. 10min zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle nach Godesberg oder Bonn Zentrum ca. 250m. Der Preis enthält die von der Stadt Bonn mit 7% (immer teurer...) geforderte Beherbergungsabgabe = Tourismussteuer.

The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
