Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Beautiful loft apartment

Relax in this special and quiet space. The building is refurbished and state-of-the-art equipped. On about 55 sqm with open living,- kitchen area , enclosed bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. In the living area there is a pull-out 2 sofa. Living in the loft in a historic building of the old Friedrich Heinrich mine on the grounds of the LAGA 2020 in the middle of the countryside. Very centrally located near the A57, in 30 minutes to Düsseldorf Airport or Messe Düsseldorf.

Smaller semi-detached house near the city center (4 people)

The water supply in the kitchen is not yet active; The water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

Wesel city "Wackenbruch" Guest apartment

Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung ist ca. 100qm groß. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen am Stadtrand von Wesel, Ortsteil Fusternberg. Alle Räume sind gefliest, die Rollos elektrisch. Jeweils ein Fenster in jedem Raum verfügt über einen Insektenschutz. Fußweg z. Bahnhof ca. 5, in die Stadt ca. 10, zum Dom ca. 20 Minuten. Da die Wohnung in einer Sackgasse liegt, ist sie trotz ihrer zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Bitte die Hausregeln beachten.

Dear guests, Have a lovely time in our lovingly furnished suite. The property is 42 m², barrier-free and equipped according to the latest standard. The suite consists of a living room with dining area, open kitchen, double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with walk-in shower. From the balcony you have a beautiful skyline view. There are numerous restaurants, shopping, bus station and good highway connections in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

Wir bieten hier unser kleines und feines Studio mit 30 m² im DG an. Der Zugang erfolgt über das Treppenhaus und dann über eine Dachluke - siehe Bilder. Eine eigene Klingel ist vorhanden. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist direkt im Zimmer, das Badezimmer abschließbar. !! viele Schrägen !! Gute Anbindung an A59 + A3 Bahnhof 750m parken nur auf der Straße, Fahrräder können im abgeschlossenen Hof abgestellt werden
