The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. To downtown you have a 5 minute walk with numerous pubs and shopping. In only 10 minutes distance a large supermarket and in 15 minutes cozy walk the train station. Free public parking in front of the house (if available). From Sinzig you can reach nearby, the German Corner in Koblenz, the Geysir in Andernach, the bridge of Remagen, the historic old town of Linz, the Beethoven House in Bonn or the Cologne Cathedral.

Dear guests, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We have extensively renovated it over the past year. We have renewed the entire bathroom ceramic and refurbished the other rooms except for the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults. 2 can also sleep on the sofa bed

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.

A valley almost to yourselves. Plants and animals of all kinds await you. The apartment is located in a side valley of the Rhine on the Rheinsteig between Cologne and Koblenz. The Eifel Mountains are opposite and the Westerwald is behind. You can relax by your own fish ponds. Or go hiking from the front door. Dogs are welcome. For 2-4 people.
