Family apartment in the south of Duisburg

We have a 110 sqm apartment for 4 people in our house. In the living room and in both bedrooms, there is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 am - 9 pm) is of course possible as well as with us in the morning for breakfast. Both are included in the price. The sauna is a private area and costs €15 per 3 hours per person

Welcome to the "21st Appartement" in Düsseldorf. This approx. 40 sqm apartment is superbly located, quiet and absolutely central, in the heart of Düsseldorf. Walking through a beautiful park you can reach Königsallee in 10 minutes, or in the other direction the modern media harbour. The hip Loretto Street, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars, is right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes.

The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
