Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Notre gîte “Bleu Vert” entre Golfe et Océan est situé en plein centre de Sarzeau Bourg , commerces et marché à 2 pas, sentier du Golfe à 300 m. Les plages de l'océan sont à 4 km. En couple ou avec deux enfants, cette construction neuve de plain pieds vous séduira assurément . L’espace extérieur comprend une terrasse orientée à l’ouest avec salon de jardin, le tout ouvert sur le jardin paysagé des propriétaires. La piscine, chauffée de Mai à Septembre, sépare les deux habitations.
