If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

You will have 3 bedrooms (equipped with 2 very comfortable double beds and a single bed), a beautiful open-plan kitchen, a small bathroom, a spacious and very pleasant living room and a small terrace. The village is located at the end of the road and nestled in the heart of nature: you will find many walks nearby and a lake for swimming.

Recently restored and fully equipped, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation in a private courtyard overlooking the medieval city of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 8 people. Reservation is possible for 2 guests or more.
