Private rooms with own bathroom in a historic building which is part of a house complex of the Catholic Church. It is located in Rifiano close to Merano and surrounded by mountains and nature. The place is ideal for friends, sport enthusiasts and couples. Hiking trails and restaurants are very close to the apartment. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
