Very nice and above all family-friendly accommodation. The apartment was very clean and corresponded to the descriptions. We were in the apartment with two families (3 children, 2-8 years). The outdoor area with pool was great and also great for the kids. The direct location on the railway tracks with regular train and freight traffic (even at night) was not disturbing for us. We will be happy to come back.

We had a really great stay at Alexander's. After we completed the booking, we had a really nice contact. Alexander gave us many useful tips right from the start and also answered the questions about the apartment directly. During our stay, he was always available and responded as quickly as possible. Fortunately, we also met in person again, which made us very happy. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. It is absolutely sufficient for 2 people. We felt very comfortable and actually spent some time in the apartment. You could sleep really well in the large, cozy bed. The decor was very tasteful and not too cluttered. All in all, it was a great vacation. Alexander as a host is definitely recommended with this apartment :)

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

A wonderful chalet, very lovingly decorated and you feel very comfortable from the first moment. Especially the sauna, which can be used at any time, is the heart of the house. Cornelia & Roland are very thoughtful and extremely friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come again. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

We had a wonderful stay in Doris' beautiful apartment. Super clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Doris and she showed us everything. We were able to safely park our bicycles in the garage and the car in the underground garage. We had great weather and were able to use the beautiful terrace with garden. The location was ideal for longer bike rides in the Chiemgau, the Wendelstein region and the Mangfall Mountains. In addition, a swimming pool is just around the corner, there are great swimming spots in the Mangfall as well as restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. We didn't feel for a second that we were missing anything. Highly recommended, especially for a longer relaxing vacation! Thank you, Doris 😊

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

The accommodation, in typical Bavarian style, has been able to charm us very much: in a quiet, green residential area in the immediate vicinity of the Chiemsee, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay present, neat and spacious for 2 people. Clear instructions, smooth written contact with the landlord, a folder full of tourist information and a small welcome gift made our arrival all the more pleasant. The apartment in Chieming was the ideal base for us to explore the region and to make day trips to Munich, Salzburg, Königssee, … We had a great week there!

Excellent stay at Franziska's! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located less than a mile from the train station, providing easy access to Munich and day trip destinations. Gauting offers wonderful restaurants and cafes to explore as well as a beautiful walking trail that runs along the river. Franziska was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend - thank you for a memorable Bavarian experience!
