It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

There is plenty of free parking around the house.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the vineyard with a beautiful view. The apartment is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and sofa bed (sleeping area 140 x 194). The living room and bedroom are in one and separated by half a wall. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine as well as a bathroom with accessible shower in the apartment. Linens and towels are provided.

Dear guests, With us you can expect a 1 1/2 room apartment created in 2020 and modernly furnished, including a private entrance. It has a separate bathroom as well as a private kitchen. There is also a spacious outdoor seating area, a lockable bicycle shelter, and 2 car parking spaces right by the house.
