Mariano’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We both work at home and love kiteboarding. His place was super clean, extremely comfortable and private. The internet was great and we worked and played. Easily walk to the kite beach and let it rip. Amazing stay, looking forward to staying here on our next visit.

Loved my stay here, close to casinos, restaurants and the beach which makes everything hassle free and convenient. Whenever I come back to San Juan this will be the first place I look to book again.

The ocean view from the condo is absolutely amazing! It was wonderful to be so close to the beach and have all the comforts and amenities this condo offers- the AC kept things nice and cool, the kitchen was well equipped, and the washer/ dryer was a great bonus! And loooved the pool! Beatrice gave very clear instructions and was very always responsive with any questions I had.

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Condado, San Juan, and it was an absolute gem! Perfectly located, this place is a dream for anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of San Juan while enjoying a comfortable, well-equipped home base. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from cookware to utensils, making it easy to whip up meals when you’re not dining out. The beach essentials provided—towels, chairs, and even a cooler—were a huge plus, as the beach is just a short walk away. The apartment also has reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a spacious living area, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable. Condado is bustling with life, and you’re surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, from local gems serving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine to upscale dining

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

Unlike many other Airbnbs in the area where street noise and airplane sounds are common, this gem remains blissfully peaceful. The big TV is a perfect addition for unwinding after a sun-soaked beach day, and the parking is effortlessly convenient—something that’s often hard to find! Juan, the host, is nothing short of exceptional—attentive, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every stay is flawless. This was my third visit, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. Juan, thank you for creating such a dreamlike escape—your place is nothing short of perfection!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

We spent a week here with our family of 7, and this was hands down our favorite Airbnb yet! Christie’s communication and instructions were top-notch from start to finish. The photos and amenities were exactly as described—no surprises, just pure comfort. We had a blast exploring everything the island had to offer, but also truly enjoyed our relaxing days by the pool. I highly recommend this property—trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Jose was a great host! Very responsive and helpful with sharing information. The home was as advertised, secure, and safe. There’s a bakery a few blocks away, highly recommend! Short drive from the airport. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location to stay in Old San Juan historical district. Walk everywhere and we found a car is not necessary. Noisy during the evenings so bring earplugs for a good night sleep.

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Carol was a great host, and the place was just like the photos! The view was fantastic, the apartment was new, modern and super clean. The location was great as it was close to everything, many restaurants and beaches, all walkable. We miss it already, as we had such a great time. Definitely highly recommend!

Overall great location, and beautiful view. clean and tidy with very friendly and responsive feedback from the host. one minor thing that seems rather temporary was the noise from the industrial air con, located nearby the building but still manageable and something we did get used to after first night.

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues
