Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Endlich ist es soweit! Nach einem Jahr, in dem wir unseren kleinen Diamanten geschliffen haben, strahlt er nun so, dass wir ihn gerne mit Euch teilen würden. Wir haben geplant und renoviert, Checklisten geführt, Handwerker und Möbelpacker die Tür geöffnet. Wir freuen uns, Euch in unserem weitläufig hellen und sehr gemütlichen Sehnsuchtsort empfangen zu dürfen. Wir – 3 Generationen mit den unterschiedlichsten Wünschen – genießen die tolle Zeit dort zu jeder Stunde. Wir hoffen, Ihr tut das auch!

Our cosy and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with wonderful 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 persons plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close. Newly renovated studio for weekends, short or long vacations, mushroom collectors, train lovers.... In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

Tga Franzestg meeting of history and comfort, Riom

Relax in the small hamlet of Riom in our Tga Franzestg, just a few kilometres from Savognin. The perfect place for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Swiss Parc Ela Nature Park. The interiors are warm and cosy, renovated in 2023, preserving characteristic 17th century wooden elements, combined with modern elements in natural iron and designer furniture. Prices include bed linen, towels and tourist tax, which entitles guests to the Val Surses tourist card.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This small apartment in the heart of Savognin invites you to discover the Grisons mountains with the Ela Nature Park. Be it on foot, by bike or in winter with skis. In the middle of the village, facing the sun all day, close to public transport, mountain railways and swimming lake. Shopping/bakery and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking is a few minutes' walk away. Best for 1-2 persons.

Die gemütlich eingerichtete 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock an einer ruhigen und sonnigen Lage in Davos Platz. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien. Sie verfügt über einen sonnigen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Jakobshorn und die umliegende Umgebung. Wir legen weniger Wert auf Modernität oder Alpentradition. Dafür umso mehr auf Gemütlichkeit, Wohlfühlen und Sauberkeit. Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen ist unser Motto.

A small but cozy apartment in the center of Savognin. A short walk from the ski lifts, the swimming pond and shops and restaurants. A panoramic view of the ski slopes and mountains will make you savour the idea of living in the middle of nature. Suitable for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and immersing yourself in the fabulous pond. Ideal for a family or a group of friends, do not leave your pet at home, we will be happy to welcome you in the property.

Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

Cozy, simply furnished apartment in Cunter (near Savognin) with fantastic views of the mountains. Two bedrooms, living/dining area, kitchen and bathroom with tub. Ideal for peace seekers, hikers, skiers (Savognin ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes by bus or car) or families who do not need luxury, but appreciate nature and relaxation. Parking (including CEE plug 16a for electric vehicles) available. No wifi – perfect offline break! Pets welcome.

Mountain vacation with style in the monument

This stylish accommodation in old walls is modern and cozy. The "residential tower" on the outskirts of Salouf offers a spacious garden and infrastructure for family vacations. The living room is equipped with an old wood-burning stove, which is fired from the kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom have comfortable floor heating. An original wall from the 16th century adorns the large bedroom, the small one invites you to relax with its window niche.
