La salle de bains dispose d'une douche à l'italienne, de toilettes et d'un lave-linge. Vous pourrez profiter d'une terrasse couverte avec plancha, ainsi que de vélos à disposition et d'un parc clôturé.

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Located in a large wooded and flowery park, bordered by the Landes forest, the cottage can accommodate 4 people in a pleasant and relaxing setting. You can walk to the shops of Rion des Landes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, newsstand...) The ocean is a 30-minute drive, the Arjuzanx site (lake and nature reserve) is 12 minutes, Dax (spa town, casino...) is 25 minutes. Biarritz and Biscarosse are less than 1 hour away. The Pyrenees and the Spanish border are 1.5 hours away.
