Gîte paisible et charmant, situé à 300m du centre-ville. Plages a seulement 30 min. Le gîte avec deux chambres : un lit de 140x190 cm et l‘autre deux lits de 90x190 cm. La cuisine est entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, plaque). Le salon comprend une télévision, le wifi et un canapé convertible. La salle de bains dispose d'une douche à l'italienne, de toilettes et d'un lave-linge. Vous pourrez profiter d'une terrasse couverte avec plancha, ainsi que de vélos à disposition et d'un parc clôturé.

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. You can walk to the shops of Rion des Landes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, newsstand...) The ocean is a 30-minute drive, the Arjuzanx site (lake and nature reserve) is 12 minutes, Dax (spa town, casino...) is 25 minutes. Biarritz and Biscarosse are less than 1 hour away. The Pyrenees and the Spanish border are 1.5 hours away.
