My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

Ilaria was a wonderful host. The house is located on top of a hill, with a huge and very nice garden and wonderful views. Perfect for kids to play.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Fantastic stay, Agnese always available and welcoming as if we were at home, everything we needed was there if not more. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a day of pure relaxation away from the sounds of the city.

The Casina del Noce and its wonderful garden are a pearl of Versilia. The house is small but cozy, the giant garden, well maintained and the pool the ideal solution to cool off and especially if you have children like us. Massimo and Ilaria were always available, kind and very nice in the chats we had! The house is close to the Versilia sea, which offers everything, for families and non-families. We hope to return soon at the end of the summer to enjoy another week of tranquility and nature!

I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

We felt comfortable in the historic house and the extensive olive grove all around. You have the estate completely to yourself and can enjoy peace and nature accordingly. The location is perfect. You can quickly reach the towns of Camaiore, Pietrasante and Viareggio by car. Gianluca provided us with valuable tips and hints for excursions and local specialties in a humorous and warm way.

Beautiful individual apartment located in a beautiful quiet and charming neighborhood, we had a great time both for the strategic location between the sea and the center and for the proximity to the main amenities. Federica was super welcoming, she made us find small welcome gifts and two bikes included with addition to our request for a child seat for our 4-year-old who have allowed us to safely forget the car and ride the area bike paths in complete relaxation. A mention of respect for the affiliated and recommended plant: Bagni Carlo di Marina di Pietrasanta, a true dive into the past with a warm family run as it used to be, an impeccable establishment and excellent value for money for the area. Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

A very beautiful location, neighbours were friendly, a small town with all the necessities. Nilo gave a lot of information on what to do and where to go. The location was familiar to me so we didn't need a lot of extra help but we were told we can ask anytime if we need help. The balcony view was amazing!

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

The stay in Volegno will stay in our memory for a long time. The view from the windows and the terrace itself is a great attraction, no matter the weather, we admired it for hours. A place for people who value peace and contact with nature. You can calm down and relax here. A good starting point for exploring the mountains. A cozy, spacious home with everything you need. Good communication with the host, waited for us at the agreed time, helped with luggage from the parking lot, provided information about local attractions. Volegno is a place to come back to.

Great place to stay. It has a patio with a nice table. On one side of the patio is a bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen, and the other bedroom and bathroom is just across. The apartment was very clean and organized, and Massimo and his wife were great hostess, communicate quickly, and very responsive to any questions. The apartment is 5 min walking to the beach clubs, and just one block from a children playground and one block from the Versiliana park, a massive park great for running, biking and walking, it is very peaceful in there. Forte dei Marmi is just 12 minutes by bicycle. We used the bicycle provided at Massimo's place and we could move around very easily.If I come back to the area, I will definitely stay there again.

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and to have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. Everything we needed was there and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxed time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

Cristian was an immaculate host and this space was beyond impressive. Pictures truly didn’t do the space justice and we can’t thank him enough for his hospitality, responsiveness when arriving and finding our way around, and general needs. Would absolutely love to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's place! The place is breathtaking and the atmosphere is magical :) We felt totally comfortable in the accommodation and it was difficult for us to say goodbye. Marco's tips for activities and restaurants were worth their weight in gold!
