From booking - checkout Michelle & Steve were the most amazing hosts. Incredible communication, flexible with check in & check out & very personable. As for the property, it’s gorgeous. We were a family of 5 adults and the house suited us perfectly. It’s finished to the highest possible standard with everything you could ever need (and more!). The personal touches gave the properly a very luxurious feel. Thanks so much! Should we return to Spalding in the future, we’ll be sure to be back x

My son and I stayed for the weekend - my son was racing at Fulbeck Kart Track . Although smaller than expected, it was very homely and comfortable . We absolutely loved the two cats who came to visit . The beds were comfy , and although the kitchen area was small, we were able to cook simple meals as we were too tired to eat out . Thank you for a lovely stay

We had a fabulous stay in udder barn-a perfect getaway from home!! The hospitality was warm and very welcoming. We really appreciated the well equiped kitchen and we really enjoyed the pool. The barn was incredialy neat ,tidy and cosy-a real gem! Thank you Sue and Jim for everything, also being available to answer our many questions with such kindness and patience. Fabulous little annexe with everything we needed. The little added extras were a lovely treat. Sally was so helpful with all my last minute questions. Would highly recommend!
