The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

My property is located in the center of Oberbozen, in a very quiet location and is only max. 5 minutes' walk away. The city of Bolzano can be reached in about 12 minutes. Restaurant and shops are in the immediate vicinity of the guest house. L'alloggio si trova al centro di Soprabolzano in una zona molto silenziosa ed è distante meno di 5 min a piedi dalla Funivia del Renon. La città di Bolzano si raggiunge in about 12 min. In the surroundings of the house there are restaurants.

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für vier Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Apartment with garden

The apartment is located in Wangen. Wangen is a small village in the municipality of Ritten and is located above Bolzano. From Bolzano we are 17 km away(20 minutes by car). You can reach us via the Ritten or through the Sarn Valley. Our village unfortunately does not have a grocery store. In front of the apartment is a lawn and playground for children and a covered parking space is available for your car. In the same house is a restaurant where you can stop in

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Farmhouse Apartment 3, Renon

Spacious and cozy studio, with double bed and sofa bed in the living area, completely renovated. Ideal for 2, it comfortably accommodates 3. Obtained from the old stable, it combines the charm of the old with the most modern comforts. Private patio at the entrance of the apartment that directly overlooks the farmyard. Dogs are welcome, their stay is subject to a supplement of €15.00 per night, to be paid upon departure.

You will be awakened by the romantic bell tower and can then start your hike right away. My accommodation is outside the village center amidst a coveted natural landscape. Nevertheless, very ideally located, as you can quickly reach the desired destinations such as the Villanderer Alm, Saiser Alm, Plose, Val Gardena.... Also the beautiful cities of South Tyrol, such as Klausen, Brixen, Bolzano are easy to reach.
