An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

With views of the Alps, the "Thalerhof Naturae Oasis Ritten" apartment in Auna di Sotto/Unterinn is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 38 m² accommodation features a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can host 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. Our house is located at 1300 meters above sea level on the Ritten, one of the most beautiful plateaus in Europe. It can accommodate four apartments and has a covered parking space. All apartments have a unique panoramic view of the local mountain of South Tyrol, the Schlern. The Art Apartment "K.Kamaun" sleeps 4 and consists of a living and sleeping area, a separate sleeping area with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen-living room + 2 balconies.

The apartment is located in Wangen. Wangen is a small village in the municipality of Ritten and is located above Bolzano. From Bolzano we are 17 km away(20 minutes by car). You can reach us via the Ritten or through the Sarn Valley. Our village unfortunately does not have a grocery store. In front of the apartment is a lawn and playground for children and a covered parking space is available for your car. In the same house is a restaurant where you can stop in
