We have just had a wonderful long weekend at Mulberry View and our hearts are full! This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We spent a lot of time outside and to be able to swim in the sea each morning was just wonderful. The house is pristine, we ate in as we were a largish group and the kitchen is extremely well equipped and a great social space. Comfy beds, and a luxe feel to everything. Philip is a great host, very responsive. The teenage girls in the party popped round to the local arcade on a couple of evenings which they found great fun. A great stay.

Kelli rescued us last minute when the place we had booked left a lot to be desired. My booking enquiry was responded to immediately and the house lived up to all expectations the photos give. Beautiful decor, friendly hosts, all amenities you could ask for, lovely location, comfy beds, perfect hot tub and so much more. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it. Made a great location for our girls weekend but would equally be suitable for a family stay.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet and convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Just a couple of small suggestions: adding a curtain or blind to the front door would help with privacy, and the internet connection was a bit slow for streaming YouTube on the TV. Other than that, everything was great—we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation on the clifftop with fantastic views over the sea and all along the coast, including the Isle Of Wight. Very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. very close to beach access and with restaurants within walking distance and a good range of shops a short drive away. Nicky was very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

This property was tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished, and include a 6ft double bed, a good shower, and a quiet courtyard garden area. It is close to Lymington High Street (a 5 minute walk), and there are lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. A great base. Helen was very responsive and helpful. There is parking a few minutes walk away and a supermarket nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

Such an amazing house, location and hosts! We had a such a lovely weekend and couldn’t fault the house or communication. Would highly recommend and definitely hope to return another time! 😊

The cottage is in a great location, very well appointed (especially the kitchen) and very clean. The bed is comfortable with good quality linen. The garden is a great space to relax in with sun and shade (we were fortunate with the weather!) and is dog safe. Keith and Paula provided lots of lovely touches such as beautiful fresh flowers, drinks in the fridge, dog towels and bowls. There are two local pubs within walking distance (about a mile and a bit it) The location is great as you can access the coast and forest walks very easily. I would thoroughly recommend the cottage, we had a lovely stay there.

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

Catharine was an amazing host and Driftwood is absolutely beautiful in a perfect setting for our group get together. The hosts were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help, even accommodating an earlier check in for us. Could not recommend this stunning home enough!

Andrew & Jo made us feel right at home during our stay. We loved our whole trip, especially the pool, quiet setting, and HUGE tv in the living room perfect for movies.

We loved the lodge and this was the 2nd time we had come back. The windows were filthy, and there was cobwebs inside and out and just wasn’t very clean. We came back as the first time we thought it was beautiful. The skirting boards and bathrooms were grubby. Apart from it being dirty, for the amount charged, would have thought it would have been as nice as the first time we came.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

Lucy and Guy were great hosts. Left us to it! On hand for local recommendations. Easy check in! Lovely Garden Room, with a private seating area. Very comfortable and cosy! A couple of fresh pastries in the morning - lovely touch! We left early to finish our Mystery Adventure of Winchester! Will recommend to friends and family!

Very nice park outside for evening walk

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The room was super clean, tidy, and incredibly cozy — you can feel the warmth and care in every corner. Jane provided everything you could possibly need, and more! She’s such a kind and patient host — you can totally tell from how much her adorable animals love her. Speaking of which, her pets are the sweetest and made my stay even more special. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling nearby, especially if you’re an animal lover. Would definitely come back!

The lodge was very large & clean. Easily can sleep 8 guests. The large tv was amazing & one in the bed was luxury. the queen bed was very comfortable. The garden is huge & my family came over & we all enjoyed playing outdoor games & the Pool table was a bonus! Great places to walk your dog nearby. Very private & quiet. I wished I could have stayed longer than just a couple of nights. I would definitely like to return again.

A lovely little cottage to stay in for some peace and quiet. The perfect distance from Winchester where you can appreciate both the City and the countryside. The walks around the town were gorgeous and the house had everything we needed. It was so clean and was beautifully decorated. Could not recommend enough. So good for the price!!!

The perfect house for a family gathering - 9 adults and 2 dogs. Spacious, clean, well-equipped house with lots of indoor and outdoor games, room for 9 of us to dine easily, well-equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable sitting rooms, separate annexe with lots of things to do and gym equipment. Beds all very comfortable. The highlight for us on a beautiful sunny weekend was the garden - large grassy area for games and play, mature flowerbeds, 2 large tables, shed full of garden toys. There was also a bbq area and children's outdoor equipment. Jo responded quickly to any messages, but her clear instructions and detailed information meant there were very few questions. She also gave many ideas for walks, restaurants etc.

Pegasus was home from home, it had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. The outside furniture was lovely to sit on in the sun. Hamble and the water front was a pleasurable short walk. We highly recommend this welcoming house.
