Stayed here for 7 weeks absolutely brilliant place,Neighbours were so friendly and quiet. If you need somewhere to stay for say a few months with out the hassle of rental contracts this is the place ,great stay. many thanks Enoma

Tracey's place was perfect for ourselves, our daughter and two dogs. A surprisingly private and peaceful location, yet within easy reach of facilities, pubs, restaurants and (important for us) Newbury Show-ground. Comfortable, well appointed and presented accommodation, with a generous welcome pack. Great for our dogs too, with a secure outdoor area. Would definitely be happy to come again. Thanks.

Great Host. Everything was just as described. Self check in was explained in detail. Jonathan also allowed me to move my things in early, as I was moving from another stay and had about 5 hours until checking. The place is clean quiet and the bed is very comfortable. There were fresh towels available as well. Only about a 10 minute walk to the train station and parking was free and there were always available spots on the street so I didnt use the provided space. Recommend if you are staying in the area.

Fabulous 2 bedroom barn conversion with all mod cons. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Great communication from the owners with easy check-in/out . Highly recommended, would definitely rebook when in the Newbury/ Reading area
