Monthly Rentals in River Orwell

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

We absolutely loved this stay. The property in the form of a luxurious houseboat was very unique. Sue and Alex were brilliant - super responsive comms and they'd thought of everything we needed in the property. We appreciated them meeting us on arrival to explain how everything worked. Loads to do in the area, although I found it hard to tear myself away from the spectacular river views from the large lounge area and terrace. I'd 100% recommend this place and would love to return.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Private surroundings , throw the doors open and connect with nature. Early morning deer, rabbits, and an entertaining cock pheasant protecting his territory. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring locally and further afield. Used the foot ferry to Harwich and a glorious barge trip on the,Orwell, a beautiful river. Thank you Sally for a lovely stay.

What a gem! Perfect little bolt hole for a fabulous stay, had everything we needed upon arrival. Super easy check in and clear instructions to find it with easy parking. Charming, quirky and very comfortable. So so peaceful and very private. Few minutes walk to the village pub right on the river. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Excellent hosts and a magical find tucked away in the Suffolk countryside.
